What’s included in your Gulet charter:
- Daily navigation of approximately 3–4 hours
- Unlimited Wi-Fi
- Professional crew of four: Captain, chef, and two deckhands (larger, more luxurious Gulets may include additional crew)
- Gulet insurance
- Air conditioning (available between 4–24 hours daily, depending on the vessel’s specification)
- Full linen and towel service
- Daily cleaning of the Gulet
- Use of onboard leisure equipment, including paddleboards, kayaks, snorkelling gear, and fishing equipment
What’s not included:
- Food and beverages (charged separately)
- VAT
- National park entrance fees
- Public port fees and tourist taxes
- Private marina charges (if applicable)
- Harbour taxes in Greek waters
- Crew gratuities (10–15% of the Gulet charter rate, mandatory)
- Water sports fuel costs (e.g. water skiing, ringo, banana boat – approximately €50 per hour)
- Optional extras such as a masseuse, jet ski hire, or scuba diving
Important information:
- Charters operate on a 7-night basis, from Saturday to Saturday
- Full Board and Half Board packages are available
- Greece: Full Board from €465 per person, per week, including all non-alcoholic beverages
- Children aged 3–10 receive a 50% discount; children under 3 stay free
- Full Board includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, as well as tea, coffee, and soft drinks
- Typically, this also includes at least three barbecue evenings on deck and three seafood dinners
- Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol on board (no corkage fee applies). Pre-ordering of beverages can also be arranged, with payment made upon embarkation
- Rates are based on full gulet hire and remain the same regardless of the number of guests
- There are no age restrictions for children; however, parents are responsible for their safety and supervision
- Charters begin and end in the same port. A one-way fee applies should guests wish to start and end in different locations
- Itineraries can be customised, provided destinations are within approximately four hours of sailing per day. Additional fuel charges may apply for longer distances. Itineraries is not guaranteed and can change on short notice, due to safety or weather conditions.
- Embarkation is 16:00 on the first day and disembarkation is 10:00 on the final day. Times may change due to technical challenges.
- Our ground handler will make contact with clients via Whatsapp, about 2 days before sailing and confirm meeting point. Meeting point will be determined by the berth that the Gulet could secure.
